Purpose of the data processing

Purpose

Data is processed in order to manage the Solidarités International online training courses.

It allows us to:

- Monitor the completion of tests by candidates.

- Note the tests carried out by the candidates.

of the General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR (of 27 April 2016, No.2016/679).

This processing is carried out on the basis of the legitimate interest of Solidarités International to test the technical knowledge of candidates.

Mandatory nature of the data collection


This processing involves the mandatory collection of data.
If the mandatory data is not provided, the user will not be able to access the training platform.

The recipients of the data are the HR Department of Solidarités International as well as the services responsible for the training carried out.

The data will be kept for two years from the date of the last connection.

-        User authentication,
-        Management of authorisations,
-        Access traceability and incident management,
-        Secure servers and websites.
